Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, typically this is around 5-7 working days once we have received payment. Very large orders may need extra time, but we will discuss this with you. We aim to ship in time to hit your deadlines.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service chosen. Please allow time for deliveries: we cannot influence shipping once it has left us!
What is the return policy?
Our service is bespoke, so we are unable to make exchanges for issues that are not actual faults in the garments or the agreed designs.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. To this end we work with you to ensure that you have a preview to agree before the order is completed.
Please let us know if there are problems and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are there any additional costs?
There are some services that we need to charge as an extra fee:
- Admin fee: there is a small administration fee for raising orders, looking for clothing and ensuring you are happy with your order.
- Artwork fees: if you need help in making your artwork files, print ready, there are artwork fees. The amount depends on the amount of work required to ensure you get a good result.
- Embroidery digitising fees: the first time we embroider a logo at a specific size for you, we need to send it off to get the artwork changed into a stitch plan. There is a one-off cost for this.
Please see the Shipping and Other Fees page for more information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to the service chosen. We typically despatch using Evri and Royal Mail, to try and give service and price flexibility.
We normally quote the price per box required for despatch.
Please note the premium services can be very expensive and we have to pass that cost on. If you are able to plan some time in for delivery, it really helps manage costs.
If you live locally, collection at specific times is an option.
Please see our Shipping and Other Fees page for more information.
For how long do the prints last? How do I care for printed garments?
With a little care our prints should last the lifetime of the garment.
Please do not iron over the printed area. Please do not tumble dry. For best results wash at a low temperature, inside out.
The print may not be as durable on some textiles (fluffier/ more fibrous, some treated).
What artwork do you need?
We need high quality artwork to get the best result for you. If you already have this or can obtain it, it will be quicker and avoid any artwork costs.
- Vector files, e.g. PDF, and high resolution (i.e. 300dpi) PNGs are the best options.
- The minimum print is 2 point linage, small details and fine lines may not come out well, if they are less than this.
- Please ensure that any unwanted backgrounds are removed, even if the artwork is white. Export settings will need to be set to transparent.
If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Do you supply sample garments?
We can do, but we will charge for them. We aim to charge the price for a single garment, plus any associated set up costs, e.g. artwork, and shipping.
However, if you decide to go ahead we will reimburse you any price differences on the garments. Any artwork charges will not be reimbursed, but hopefully will stand for the later order!
When should I use print and when embroidery?
We normally recommend print as it is durable, cost effective and has a full range of vivid colours.
Embroidery is more expensive, but can be more suitable for some garment types, e.g. the fluffier fleeces.
Your preference can, of course, also mean that embroidery is selected.
