Step 2: Choose how you want to collect orders (organiser-led or online portal)
You've got two easy options - choose whichever makes life simplest for your group.
Please note: we require payment upfront before production starts - either via the portal or collected by the group organiser.
Option A: One organiser collects all sizes and names
This is the classic approach: one person gathers sizes, names/nicknames, and any personalisation choices, then sends us one final list.
Payment is collected upfront by the organiser, and once we've received the full payment and final order list, we can move into production.
Option B: Online ordering portal (parents/guardians/students order direct)
If you'd rather not chase forms and payments, we can set up an online ordering portal so parents/guardians/students can place their order directly.
How it works:
- We agree the hoodie style, colours, and design upfront
- We set a cut-off date for orders
- Each person orders and pays upfront through the portal
- Once the cut-off is reached (and orders are paid), we produce the full batch together
- The hoodies are then delivered/collected as a group (e.g., to the school or main organiser)
This keeps everything tidy, avoids missing payments, and ensures the full order goes into production at the same time.
Step 3: Choose your hoodie style and sizes
We'll help you pick the best option for your group based on budget, fit, and wearability.
To keep ordering simple, we'll provide:
- A size guide
- A recommended way to collect sizes (spreadsheet or online form)
- Advice on whether to size up (common for growing kids)
Tip: If you're between sizes, it's usually safer to go up - leavers hoodies get worn a lot.
Step 4: Decide on the design (front, back, sleeves)
Most leavers hoodies include:
- A small logo on the front (school crest, club badge, or simple text)
- A large back print (e.g., LEAVERS 2026 with names inside)
- Optional sleeve print (name, nickname, or role)
If you already have artwork, send it over. If not, don't worry - we can help you get it print-ready.
To avoid delays, we'll confirm:
- Exact wording and spelling
- Name list formatting (first names only? initials? nicknames?)
- Print colours
- Placement and sizing
Step 5: Approve the proof (this is the key moment)
Once we've got your details, we'll send a digital proof for approval.
Please check carefully:
- Spelling of every name
- Year/date
- Hoodie colour
- Print colour
- Logo accuracy
Once the proof is approved, we can move into production.
Step 6: Confirm quantities and place the order
When you're ready to place the order, we'll confirm:
- Final size breakdown
- Total quantity
- Price and any bulk savings
- Delivery or collection option
Step 7: Production (printing + finishing)
After approval and confirmation, we begin production.
Our typical turnaround is 4-5 business days after confirmation and stock arrival.
If you have a tight deadline, tell us early - we'll always do our best to help.
Step 8: Delivery or collection
You can choose:
- Delivery to one address (school/organiser)
- Collection (if arranged)
We'll confirm packaging and labelling preferences too - for example, whether you want hoodies sorted by class or packed individually.

When should we order?
As early as you can - especially in peak months. Getting the proof approved quickly is the best way to keep everything on track.
Can we do individual names on the back?
Yes. You can provide a name list and we'll format it into the design.
What if someone changes their mind on size?
We'll always try to help, but changes after proof approval can cause delays and extra costs. We recommend double-checking sizes before you confirm.
